Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Prices quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Accommodations are subject to a 9% Hotel tax All other services excluding Air Transfers are subject to a 12.5% sales tax. Ramon's Village does not have a service charge but does encourage tipping of its employees.
• Each reservation must be guaranteed by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover to confirm.
• A deposit of $100.00 per room is due at the time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to departure.
• Once booking is confirmed, there will be a $20.00 charge for each change.
• Full refund, less $50.00 per room cancellation fee will be granted if cancellation is received no less than 45 days prior to departure.
• There will be a $100.00 cancellation fee per room if notice is received between 30 and 44 days prior to departure.
• There will be a $100.00 cancellation fee per room plus one night's room rental if notice is received less than 30 days prior to departure.
• If cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to departure, there will be NO REFUND.
• Unused portions of accommodations, meals and activities are non-refundable.

CONDITIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ramon's Village is not liable for any delay, loss, injury, death, or accident occasioned directly or indirectly with this trip. Ramon's Village is not responsible for any expense caused by the loss or damage of any personal article or baggage, the late arrivals of any transportation, or any schedule change or delay. Client further agrees not to hold Ramon's Village liable for circumstances beyond its control.
